Problems we had

The continuous terminal is wound using a short shaft winding machine at present, and it is desired to introduce a multiple take-up machine for efficiency improvement, but the equipment size can not be installed largely in the conventional multiple take-up machine.

Solving Problems

Normal vertical winders generally use a reel change method in which the reel side that is taken up operates. The vertical winder made by us employs a method to operate the entrance shooter side, so there is no moving part on the reel side that is taken up, and the space for the equipment has been reduced.
