YS-01 Crimp Cameras are retrofitted to wire processing machines.
Pictures of the crimp are taken "on the fly" at wire speeds up to 2.5 meters per second. High speed LED strobe lighting is used in conjunction with 1/10,000 of a second shutter speed. Variations in terminal orientation up to 15 degrees are compensated for in the software.

Monitoring Points
● Brush long, short or missing.
● Strands pressed on top of the conductor crimp. Insulation material on top of the crimp.
● Strands out either side.
● Insulation wings bent down or under the wire.
● High or low insulation.
