Female terminal set in the holder is driven by motor to the contact force measurement point inside the terminal smoothly. It measures the contact force between the spring and terminal structure free from insert-friction perfectly. It can measure up 11N. The system is calibrated with ISO certified to guarantee the linearity and repeatability at factory before delivery. The measurement resolution is 0.01N. Normal measurement accuracy is ±0.1N
